About the role

Provide professional technical support to Orange Business customers.

Monitor alerts and events proactively, responding and communicating promptly to prevent or mitigate service disruptions and minimize business impact.

Record all support activities, interventions, and interactions with Orange, customers, internal teams, and partners in the electronic ticketing system.

Conduct technical diagnostics and escalate issues to the appropriate teams to facilitate the resolution of services and technologies.

Keep customers informed with timely updates and status reports, adhering to performance targets outlined in internal procedures.

Coordinate with responsible technical teams and agencies to ensure effective engagement and support for service restoration.

Follow escalation procedures diligently, ensuring all issues are prioritized and managed according to company policies.

Perform any additional tasks as reasonably assigned.

About you

Excellent customer service skills.

Relevant experience in technical support and customer-facing roles within the technology or telecommunications industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Effective time management and organizational skills.

Ability to collaborate actively with team members to resolve issues when necessary.

Commitment to executing tasks in accordance with established processes.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with peers, management, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Proactive, self-motivated, and determined attitude.

Proficiency in computer skills and a solid understanding of relevant technologies.

Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Flexibility regarding working hours.

Fluency in English, Spanish is a Plus.
