Drive quality of service and innovation as a vital contributor, analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Perform in-depth analysis of service performance, incident trends, SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to diagnose QoS degradation, uncover bottlenecks, and highlight performance drivers.
• Produce actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
• Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and paginated reports based on business needs.
• Build DAX measures and reusable data modeling structures that align with visualization best practices for usability.
• Consolidate diverse data sources into reliable datasets, ensuring high data integrity.
• Develop and maintain Power Query transformations for efficient error handling and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance ETL/ELT workflows and maintain proper data lineage.

We’re looking for a Data Analytics Expert with strong Power BI knowledge to turn data into business impact. You’ll design and optimize dashboards, transform complex datasets into clear insights, and partner with stakeholders to drive informed decisions. Scrum/Agile experience is a plus, and Python or Node.js development experience is a bonus.

• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in building and optimizing Power BI data models, visualizations, and DAX measures.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex data scenarios and deliver actionable insights.
• Has experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams, bringing familiarity with project management practices.
• Exhibits proficiency in integrating and modeling data from various sources, including SQL databases and APIs.
• Demonstrates adeptness in optimizing data refresh strategies to enhance processing efficiency.
