About the role

Join the NewCo program within the Product & IT Technology organization at Orange Business. This program is at the heart of our strategic transformation, focused on delivering maximum value through innovative technology solutions and aligned business initiatives. The Value Management Office (VMO) plays a critical role in ensuring that all projects and programs contribute effectively to our business goals, driving measurable outcomes and fostering a culture of value-driven delivery.

Your daily missions:

  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, track, and optimize value realization across projects and programs.
  • You will implement and maintain value management frameworks and tools to assess and communicate the impact of initiatives effectively.
  • You will facilitate value-driven decision-making processes, helping prioritize initiatives based on their contribution to business outcomes.
  • You will Conduct value assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI evaluations to support decision-making.
  • You will monitor value delivery metrics, identify risks or value gaps, and propose corrective actions to maximize benefits realization.
  • You will organize and facilitate value workshops and strategic reviews to align stakeholders on value expectations and delivery. 
  • You will support transformation initiatives by providing value analysis and recommendations to optimize benefits realization. 
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of value management processes and tools within the NewCo program. 
  • You will collaborate on specific projects aimed at embedding value-driven decision-making across the organization.

About you

Related knowledge, skills, certifications, and experience

 

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in value management, finance, business model creation and tracking, as well as expertise in SAFe at scale. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a value or program management office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Relevant certifications in value management, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent agile frameworks will be highly valued.

 

Your hard skills:

  • Expertise in value management frameworks and methodologies, aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Strong financial analysis and business model creation and tracking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SAFe at scale and agile program management practices.
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills to monitor value delivery and key performance indicators (KPIs).
