About us

Join us at Orange Business!

We are a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business.

Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.

About the role

Monitor and investigate network security alerts generated from firewalls, IDS/IPS, NDR, and SIEM platforms. Perform mid-to-advanced triage on network-related incidents, analyze traffic flows, logs, and packets to identify malicious activity, misconfigurations, or policy violations. Execute response actions according to approved playbooks, support containment and mitigation activities, and escalate complex cases with clear technical evidence. Validate remediation actions, ensure accurate incident documentation, and contribute to improving detection rules, use cases, and network security processes.

About you

Strong understanding of network security fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and common attack techniques. Hands-on experience with network security tools and SIEM platforms, capable of analyzing logs and traffic beyond basic alert handling. Detail-oriented, disciplined in following procedures, able to communicate technical findings clearly, and motivated to deepen expertise in network security within a 24×7 SOC environment.

You bring a can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
