Must have abilities to drive the project technically with architectural and production point of view 
Must have strong and proven experience  in Cloud native and Microservices design & development
Must have good skills of Technical governance & Technical leadership
Must be proficient in problem-solving using Data structures & algorithms
Should have experience with SQL / NOSQL databases and Messaging queues
Should have experience with technical baselining, analysis and problem solving
Should be able to perform Code reviews, Technical analysis and create LLD/HLD
Should have working experience of Cloud, Containers, Agile, DevSecOps and TDD/BDD
Desirable: Hands-on experience on Application monitoring and security will be an added advantage

Must have experience in Software development and architecture/design using : Java/Spring boot
Must have experience using Software design patterns, UML, Database design, Caching and Performance tuning
Must have working experience on Cloud native and Microservices
Must have good knowledge on SQL/NOSQL databases e.g. PostGreSQL, Oracle, Redis and Messaging queues e.g. Kafka
Must be well verse with development tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Sonar, Checkmarx/Coverity/OWASP DC, JIRA/Trello, Confluence
Must have good understanding of Cloud and containers
Good to have: Working knowledge of Golang, Python and Shell
Good to have: Exposure to DevOps, Kubernetes/Openshift, Ansible, Terraform
Good to have: Experience on Application security, Application monitoring and Observability
Optional: Knowledge and implementation of AI, Machine learning and Generative AI
