About the role

Managed Mobility Services – Mobility/Reporting Specialist aim to support the Customer’s strategy and policies of direction and control as well as to fulfil the Customer’s requirements for mobility management solutions across their operating footprint.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Management & delivery of all mobility services included in customer contracts. - Service Management / Ontime implementation /Pro-active planning/ Orderbook Management
  • Implementation, maintenance and upgrade of mobility reporting services to customers using multiple tools and multiple skills to present high value analytical and quality reporting. - Quality Management / Project Management / Orderbook Management.
  • Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables and assisting in setting up dashboard and performance metrics. - Orderbook Management / Project Management
  • Ensuring timely planning and delivery of all scheduled reports to different stakeholders while ensuring quality and resource availability. - Pro-active planning/ Orderbook Management
  • Develop and maintain reporting capabilities for Mobilie Expense Management and Device Management as well as acquire expertise in Bid Management related reporting activities. - Service Management / Ontime implementation.

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications

  • Degree in IT/ Business/Management/Administrative or related field
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access.
