• Independently able to lead detailed analysis/troubleshooting for incidents reported and ensure closure within SLA
• Analyze / Perform complex changes on Security infrastructure with utmost care 
• Documenting knowledge articles for critical incident/ changes
• Keep Technical documents updated.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills. Well versed in English. 
• Good experience in using Microsoft Visio
• Fair Understanding of other components in Datacenter Stack : Server - Blade / Rack , VMware DC Virtualization, Storage & Backup
• Will act as Mentor to the L1/L2 team
• Should be a Team Player

• Leading Industry security  Certifications (CCSA, CCNP Security, JNCIA-FWV, JNCIA - IDP, BCCPA), NSX-T.
• Firewalls:- Cisco ( FPR4115-BUN and FMC1600-K9 and L-FPR4115T-TM-1Y) , Palo alto ( PA-3420 ) , Checkpoint, Juniper SRX and Fortigate.Cisco AnyConnect, Global Protect, Cisco ISE.
• Load Balancers:- F5 (R5600) DDos + LLB Protection  and WAF
• Event Management:- Qradar or any other SIEM/SOAR Tool.
• UTM:- Fortinet (80,110,300, 1000)
• IP VPN : Cisco ( L-AC-APX-3Y-S1 )
• Proxy:- IronPort (S160,360,670) /Blue Coat Proxy (SG-400,500,600,800,900, 9000 ), Zscaler

Primary responsibility is to provide Tier 2 network security support of Firewall environments supporting multiple customers.

This position interfaces with external clients and is highly visible.

Responsible for general architecture, initial configurations and subsequent management of one or more Firewall/VPN based/IPS/Proxy systems.
