As the Solution Lead you will be assigned to specific clients and/or bids, where Orange provides complex and customized solutions. You will have an end-to-end view and accountability over Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical activities on your assigned accounts. The role has a functional manager aspect when multiple technical resources are involved.
During the Pre-Sales phase, you will own the solution end to end including the service wrap. You will also be the bid solution lead and ensure the coherence of the technical answer provided to the client. Additionally, you will own the technology strategist and advisor of the bid.
During the life-cycle of the contract, the Solution Lead has the overall accountable for the delivery of the technical solution according to the contract and will be the advocate of the client technical expectations. The architecture governance and the innovation board will also be under your control.
This role is customer facing where you will be expected to build and foster the technical relationship with external vendors/partners. The role will also champion the expansion of Orange Business's services within your client accounts.
