Join our Orange Wholesale International team as a Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst, where your analytical skills will drive forward our understanding of voice market trends and guide us in delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' diverse needs.
• Develop and deliver strategic insights on voice market trends through detailed analysis and comprehensive reports.
• Actively participate in preparing and presenting monthly business performance updates, market news, and deep-dive analyses of key traffic flows.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of customized solutions such as outsourcing deals and corridors, providing actionable recommendations to operational teams.
• Support the automation of reporting processes using tools like Dataiku while leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making.
• Assist in building the annual budget and strategic plans, translating hypotheses into concrete actionable steps.
• Collaborate with Finance to produce accurate monthly forecasts, considering various factors impacting market trends.
• Generate innovative ideas, drive initiatives, and track performance to ensure continuous improvement across operations.
• Ensure data accuracy in internal tools, cross-checking deal submissions and contract validations to maintain margin control.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams in commercial, finance, operational, and marketing departments to effectively address emerging needs and challenges.
You hold a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields, complemented by over three years of experience in the telecom wholesale industry. With advanced data analytics skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Dataiku, you possess a commercially-minded perspective and are adept at formulating effective strategies while maintaining excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Your professional skills:
• A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field is essential for this role.
• More than three years of proven experience in the telecom wholesale industry, demonstrating expertise in relevant domains.
• Professional proficiency in English is required, while French language skills are advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, especially with data analytics tools like Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
• A strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit that drives innovative solutions.
