As a Customer Asset & Data Manager, you'll bridge the gap between OBS and customers by driving effective data governance and ensuring data integrity across all phases of service delivery.
• During the Build phase, the CADM is responsible for establishing and validating the Customer Data Inventory baseline for all services.
• You will bridge the gaps between OBS and customers on data models and ensure comprehensive documentation of key data definitions.
• You'll define a data governance model that encompasses the entire lifecycle of customer contracts.
• As part of this role, you will ensure an agreed data integrity SLA is established with the customer for both build and run phases.
• The CADM will oversee and coordinate the Data Inventory upload into Orange Tools for all services.
• You will manage the integration approach with vendors and external parties regarding CMDBs when required.
You possess strong data management skills, including advanced expertise in Excel and the ability to analyze large datasets. With substantial knowledge of data and asset management, you'll thrive in customer-facing situations and demonstrate excellent communication abilities, particularly in multicultural settings. A B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Management combined with 10+ years of experience in relevant fields ensures you bring a methodical approach and attention to detail to the role.

• You will utilize strong data management skills, particularly in advanced Excel, to track and analyze substantial datasets.
• An extensive understanding of data management principles, including asset management knowledge and experience, will be essential.
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management will enhance your interactions with stakeholders.
• A solid foundation in Orange Business Services tools ensures a seamless integration and process continuity.
• You should possess scripting skills, such as Python, to facilitate data processing and automation.
Your soft skills:
• A high level of autonomy and the ability to take initiatives are crucial for driving success in this role.
• Exemplifying a teamwork-oriented approach, you will demonstrate strong communication skills within diverse environments.
• A methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail is critical to maintain data accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both reading and writing, will be necessary for clear communication, with French being an added advantage.
