Manage incidents reported by clients (handling calls, opening a ticket, communicating with various teams) within the SLA framework.
Analyze these issues and resolve them using available tools and processes.
Participate in process improvement while taking client requirements into account.
Work closely with the team located in France.
Ensure contractual commitments, particularly regarding timelines and service quality, when processing an order or resolving an incident.
Provide updates on actions by communicating with key internal or external stakeholders and logging actions in the IT system in a clear and understandable manner.
Contribute to improving the customer experience and creating value: provide guidance and support to internal/external clients or partners.
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specialized in: Computer Networks, Telecommunications, and Information Systems.
Proficient in French and English (spoken and written).
Excellent customer-oriented skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, autonomous, and determined.
Ability to build relationships with a team located outside of Mauritius.
Presentation skills.
Technical skills:
Good knowledge of networking.
Good knowledge of DSL.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Solid experience in IT/communications with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent IT skills and knowledge of applications.
Ability to work 24/7.
Excellent team spirit.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
