Your daily missions:
You lead the design and evolution of Integration Systems that drive and support our business objectives, covering technologies like iPaaS, API-gateways, messages bus
You ensure that all architectural solutions developed in Orange Business portfolios comply with Orange’s standards and best practices in terms of application integration, maintaining high-quality and consistency
You oversee the implementation of integration architecture in all portfolios, guaranteeing their scalability, security, and optimal performance.
You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies seamlessly with business goals.
You mentor and guide the Application Integration Architecture team, inspiring innovation and fostering a culture of excellence. You directly manage a team of 4 to 5 senior architects, providing leadership and guidance.
You support the architecture governance contributing in architecture circles of the different portfolios, covering SAFe portfolio value streams and SAFe Agile Release Trains.
You oversee transversal initiatives to support future growth of integration architecture skills, fostering continuous learning and capability building across the organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cutting-edge integration technologies, enhance your leadership and governance skills, and broaden your strategic vision by working across multiple SAFe portfolios. You will also develop your ability to drive innovation and influence at the enterprise level, while expanding your knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in IT architecture, demonstrating deep expertise in integration technologies. A strong background in the Telecom industry is essential, along with thorough knowledge of the TeleManagement Forum’s "Open Digital Architecture" framework. Certifications such as TOGAF and "SAFe for Architects" are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both functional and technical architecture.
Your hard skills:
Expertise in integration technologies like APIs, REST, gRPC, messaging technologies (AMQP, Kafka streaming)
Experience integration Telecom industry standards TMForum “Open Digital Architecture” and MEF standards
Expertise in digital architecture frameworks, including TOGAF and Open Digital Architecture.
Strong knowledge of SAFe methodology
Proficiency in designing scalable and secure digital systems.
Experience with modern technical architectures such as headless architecture, micro-frontend, micro-services, and event-driven architecture.
