As a Consulting Cluster Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring our Solutions Consultants in Europe while fostering innovative collaborations across teams to drive profitable growth and enhance service delivery standards.
• Lead and mentor Solutions Consultants for Europe in Cairo, driving teamwork and innovation.
• Collaborate with Chapter Leads, SVP Leads, Country clusters, and account teams to define & implement the consulting team strategy.
• Cultivate healthy partnerships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with billable and presales communities.
• Identify and promote upskilling opportunities to enhance team capabilities within the region.
• Plan and organize team engagements, ensuring optimal resource utilization aligned with business priorities.
• Manage team profitability targets and work towards achieving the highest margin in line with offshoring objectives.
• Report engagement progress, issues, and risks to local management to maintain transparency.
• Act as the primary escalation point for both technical and non-technical challenges faced by the team.
• Forecast team operations requirements to meet evolving business needs efficiently.
• Develop and enhance team skills across various solution sets while ensuring timely and quality delivery of all outputs.
• Manage team performance in conjunction with local and functional management to align with business goals.
• Support the delivery standardization efforts across the consulting team, ensuring all services provided meet established quality metrics.
• Lead efforts to enhance solution integration processes, optimizing time and quality of deliverables including low-level design and implementation plans.
• Drive improvements in the delivery process and manage the transition from post-sales to operations, collaborating with central and regional practice leads.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the delivery tools, enhancing overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by management, adapting to the needs of the organization as they evolve.
You possess over 10 years of experience in Professional Services or Sales/Presales functions within the global communications and services industry, complemented by an MBA. You have a remarkable track record in customer-facing consultancy roles, showcasing transformative impact and extensive recruitment experience in professional services. With in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, you excel in matrix managing cross-functional teams and navigating relationships with demanding clients while maintaining a focus on business objectives.

• You bring a wealth of over 10 years of experience in Professional Services or Sales/Presales functions in the global communications and services industry, ideally complemented by an MBA.
• Your demonstrated success in customer-facing pre/post-sales consultancy showcases a history of transformative impact within your engagements.
• You have extensive recruitment experience specifically tailored for roles within the communications sector, enhancing your ability to build effective teams.
• Your in-depth knowledge of the Orange portfolio of products and services facilitates your capacity to craft tailored solutions for clients.
• You possess proven expertise in effectively matrix managing cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Managers, and Billable Consultants.
