We are looking for a highly skilled Network Security SME with deep expertise in Routing & Switching, Data Center Networking, Wireless Technologies, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) (NAC). The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, hands-on experience in network audits, monitoring tools, and collaboration with engineering teams to support enterprise-scale network and security environments

• Technical Operations
• Act as SME on: 
  • Routing & Switching (LAN/WAN) 
  • Data Center Networking 
  • Wireless Technologies 
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) / NAC 
• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of complex network and security issues. 
• Deploy, manage, and support multi-vendor network and security solutions. 
• Handle critical Sev-1 incidents and ensure resolution within agreed SLA timelines. 
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with OEM/vendor inputs and corrective actions. 
• Architecture & Documentation
• Prepare and maintain: 
  • HLD (High-Level Design) 
  • LLD (Low-Level Design) 
  • SOPs / Runbooks 
  • Technical documentation 
  • Process workflows 
• Monitoring & Tools
• Deploy and support network/security monitoring and management tools. 
• Conduct tool evaluations, gap analysis, and recommend suitable solutions. 
• Perform network audits, compliance reviews, and health checks. 
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify improvement opportunities in network performance, security posture, and operations efficiency. 
• Provide recommendations for optimization, modernization, and automation. 
• Project & Stakeholder Management
• Support new project opportunities, solution design, and effort estimation. 
• Work closely with Global IT teams, OEMs, vendors, partners, and service providers. 
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for escalations and enhancements. 
• Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Provide technical training and mentoring to L1/L2 operations teams. 
• Share best practices and troubleshooting methodologies.
