The Integration Services Business Renewal Specialist (IS-RS) is a specialist role focused on the renewal of existing maintenance services contracts and business development through the sale of additional hardware with associated services.
The IS-RS is expected to manage all activity in the ‘bid’ phase including renewal presentation and closure of the customer commitment to renew for assigned Customers related to IS maintenance business.
Working with Orange Customers and/or account teams to plan and execute account coverage to retain existing maintenance and create campaigns to develop new hardware sales & services revenue opportunities. The role will be provided with a detailed understanding of Customer inventory from which to he/she needs to identify opportunities where Orange solutions can renew and add value.
Integration Services maintenance (vendor branded and cobrand) products will be the primary scope of quotes and inventory that the IS BOS will manage.
The IS-RS can support an existing AM, if already assigned for that given customer, and/or lead in selling in a designated region in accordance with an assigned customer list. An example of the level of support will be managing all services quotation requests for the same account(NAM).
The IS-RS will provide the quotation and/or any maintnenance inventory reports from Orange Business Services, under the control of the Account Manager or upon direct request from the customer, as agreed with the Account team and customer expectations.
As the maintenance services subject matter expert to designated customers it will be essential to foster a positive and collaborative experience that results in incremental business.
