Having strong expertise on AI / Machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI

Collaborate with Data & AI experts, Software Engineers and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions related to AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI

Research / Analysis, Exploration, Solution development, and Problem solving

Solid experience of Training, evaluating, and fine-tuning models for optimal performance.

Ownership of delivering AI/ML models with high precision outcomes

Experience with building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms within real-world product environments

Good knowledge of math, probability, and statistics, and algorithms; Ability to write robust code in Popular AI Programming languages

Ability to rapidly prototype and experiment with different models and algorithms

Good understanding of the business context and the ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Passionate for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in AI, Gen AI etc. 

Must have strong and proven experience in Machine learning and Deep learning techniques and use of popular AI/ML frameworks

Must have good experience on various AI techniques: Machine learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI

Experience with building, deploying, and enhancing large-scale machine learning models and algorithms within real-world product environments 

Solid experience and understanding of ML techniques such as: Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, Model selection, Hyperparameter Tuning, Validation, and Deployment

Develop multi AI agents and RAG systems for real-time decision-making, integrating tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom frameworks.

Good knowledge of math, probability, and statistics, and algorithms; Ability to write robust code in Popular AI Programming languages 

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements 

Must be able to implement AI applications by using and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs)

Experience with production support, technical analysis and problem solving

Hands on experience on Large Language Models (LLMs), text generation, or similar Generative AI applications 

Must have good communication and presentation skills

Good to have: Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources 

Good to have: Experience working with Cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure) for model deployment, AI services and operation

Good to have: Working experience on a Python web framework (e.g. Flask/Django) would be a plus

Optional: Work on AI/ML services on Cloud infrastructure and various cloud managed services
