Qualification / Experience / Skills
• Ideally 3 years+ of work experience in customer-facing organizations within the telecommunications or IT industry with specific minimum 3 years’ experience in LAN & WAN services.
• 1-2 years of Voice services experience and cloud service experience is also desired.
• Strong communicative and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Degree level or equivalent (Business or Science Degree) in Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Cisco qualifications minimum CCIE desired or same certification level as Juniper JNCIE Routing &Switch or Huawei HCIE Routing &Switch.
• Ability to deal effectively with all types of users.
• Well organized with the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Customer Service, Network and IT system integration Project Management Experience.
• Trained, certified or experienced in technical design.
• Know well IT operation management (as ServiceNow) and monitoring tool are desired.
• Software development skills also be desired
