• Providing Technical Expertise: Responsible for resolving complex AWS service issues by troubleshooting and implementing solutions while staying updated on new AWS technologies.
• Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline AWS operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency in infrastructure management.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the smooth functioning of cloud infrastructure, monitoring critical components and supporting major incidents and changes.
• FinOps: Manage and optimize cloud costs through effective financial operations and collaboration with teams to ensure best practices are followed for cost efficiency.
• Security Management: Implement security best practices within the AWS environment, monitor for security events, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
