The Central Billing Party is a major actor in Submarine Cable Networks organized in Consortiums gathering the world's leading telecommunications operators. It centralizes financial flows mainly generated by the construction and the exploitation of these large-scale international projects, it offers provisions of services in different financial areas such as Billing, Cash Management, Recovery, Management Control. The Know-How of Orange recognized for more than 35 years in this field, enables today to operate this activity on behalf of Co-owners on ten Intercontinental Submarine Cables connecting principally Europe,Africa and Far East 

 

The main tasks are

 • To coordinate and to analyze for the Consortium, all phases of financial management cycles and to take part in the decision-making process. 

• To manage all customers and suppliers operations (buy – sale) from the setting up of construction or maintenance contracts up to their end. 

• As such, responsible for the security, reliability, and the quality of financial operations to respect procedures specific to the consortium. 

• To centralize and communicate financial information within the consortium

2. Cash Management-Recovery 

3. Accounting

 4. Budgeting 

5. Reporting

About you

• Finance sector, with experience in controlling and/or invoicing, knowledge in accounting.

 • Ability to participate actively and take the floor in international meetings.

• To master the English language (daily contacts with international partners, by mail, phone). 

• To master the French language (main team based in France). 

• Relationship qualities are essential, taste for teamwork on a high responsible job. 

• Knowledge of financial tools (Sirano, Cashpooler) and office applications. 

• Adaptability to changes in management control.

 • Ability to analyze but also to see the overall picture and report it. 

• Ability to work cross-functionally with international operators.Sensitivity to risk control and anti-corruption.

 • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Ability to convince.

 • Sense of analysis and synthesis.

 • Autonomy, tenacity and rigor.
