About the role

Step into the role of L1 Security Engineer, where your expertise will shield our customers from security threats while offering unparalleled support and collaboration across teams globally.
• Provide first level support (L1) to French and international customers as per Service Level Agreements and internal processes.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer incidents raised through direct requests or monitoring activities.
• Perform remote monitoring of servers, platforms, and associated equipment to identify and resolve potential impacts on customers' IT solutions.
• Manage customer incidents by handling calls, opening cases, and facilitating communication with various internal teams.
• Participate in the improvement of processes while incorporating customer requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.

About you

You are a proactive and self-motivated individual with a solid foundation in IT security and networking. With a good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows, encompassing protocols such as TCP/IP, SMTP/POP3, DNS, and Proxy, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your excellent communication abilities in both French and English, coupled with customer-oriented soft skills, make you an ideal candidate for providing high-quality support under pressure. A diploma in Cybersecurity or higher and at least one year of relevant experience will enhance your fit for this role.

Your professional skills:
• Possess good knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows systems to effectively support various security technologies.
• Demonstrate a strong foundation in IT security principles, along with familiarity with TCP/IP, SMTP/POP3, DNS, and Proxy protocols.
• Exhibit expertise in networking concepts and common security products, ensuring a robust support framework.
• Utilize excellent analytic and problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain advanced PC skills and a comprehensive understanding of application knowledge for effective troubleshooting.

• Fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
