About the role

  • The Technical Team Leader is part of a dedicated or mutualized accounts in an international context and is responsible for:
    • Managing the operational aspects of the team
    • Operationally supervising the Analyst teams
    • Ensuring the coherence of investigations and related remediations
    • Ensuring the proper functioning of the client’s solutions
    • Providing security reports in accordance with client expectations
    • Managing internal team projects
    • Maintaining documentation and operational procedures
    • Acting as a technical leader
    • Managing deep investigation and incident response
    • Supporting team skill development
    • Assisting the client in defining and improving their strategy and ensuring its implementation
    • Serving as a SOC technical expert (Forensics, Threat Modeling, etc.)
    • Serve as the point of contact for all types of clients with strong involvement for strategical customers
    • In this international context, the Team Leader is expected to ensure, together with their counterpart, a comparable level of service between the two teams

About you

  • Experience in direct or cross-functional team management
  • Good skills in CyberSOC and SIEM tools
  • Customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Curious, methodical, proactive, and innovative
  • On-call duties or scheduled interventions during night shifts, holidays, or weekends are required for
    this position.
