Join us as an L1 Security Engineer, where your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional first-level support and incident management while safeguarding our clients' digital landscapes.
• Provide the first level of support (L1) in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to both French and international customers.
• Analyze and troubleshoot customer incidents reported by our clients, ensuring timely resolution.
• Engage in proactive monitoring activities, offering support to preemptively address potential security concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with L2, L3, and FTS teams to manage incident escalations and resolutions.
• Handle customer communications, including call handling and case management, while maintaining adherence to SLAs.
• Successful candidates will exhibit the ability to work under varying levels of stress and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility and adaptability to fit into a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape are invaluable traits for this role.
You are a dedicated professional with a valid CCNA and a solid understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows systems. Your foundational knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP and DNS, complements your analytical problem-solving skills. With proficiency in both French and English, you demonstrate exemplary customer service and possess strong interpersonal abilities that are vital for effective collaboration.
