The role will provide enterprise network routing, switching, connectivity, and security presales support for the South India region, based in Bangalore. It will proactively engage with strategic TML customers to nurture and drive large enterprise networking and security opportunities. The role will work closely with sales teams on new logo acquisition across GCC and IT-ITES segments, acting as a trusted customer-facing technical advisor to support deal closure and increase Orange Business wallet share.
The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise networking, connectivity, and security solutions, with a strong background in customer-facing presales and solution consulting roles. The individual must have demonstrated expertise in routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, and enterprise security architectures, coupled with a proven ability to engage senior customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor. Must have deep experience working alongside sales teams to shape, position, and close medium to large scale deals, the candidate consistently must demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills he/she must enable effective collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems.
Lead technical solution design, architecture discussions, and proposal development, including RFP/RFI responses and technical presentations. Support deal qualification, solution positioning, and value articulation to improve win probability and increase wallet share. Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, and partner teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth transition from sales to delivery. Stay current on enterprise networking and security technologies, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide thought leadership and differentiation. Mentor junior presales engineers and contribute to capability building and best-practice sharing within the region.
