• Report to the solution head of North&South CHINA, Orange Business International
• To lead the presales team support account team in Northern CHINA
• To develop detailed technical design which delivers customer requirement in Northern China for the key accounts.
• To support the Professional Services business development in Northern CHINA

• Bachelor degree of telecommunication or computer sciences from QS 100 university, broad telecommunication and ICT technology knowledge¿
• Experience and training in telecommunication and ICT products and services
• Experience of service delivery in a global outsource environment
• Experience and certifications of multi product service delivery environments
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• Awareness of finance, commercial, and P&L management
• Understand service delivery and service management processes
• Relevant Degree with at least 2 years' of experience as technical consultant in Telco industry
• Good knowledge on overall ICT services, with strong technical knowledge in large scale Enterprise IP Networking, IoT, Unified communication and Security
• At least 2 years experience of prepare high/low level design, present and deliver solutions to clients
• Strong communication and vendor management skills
• Good customer service attitude and conflict management and negotiation skills
• Good written and spoken English is an essential
• Based in Beijing and willing to travel on short notice
