Key Responsibilities (India Region – Controlling)

Business Support & Alignment

Partner with India business leadership and MSC teams to meet strategic and financial objectives.

Support evaluation of new opportunities/ customers by reviewing payment terms, credit limits and other commercial T&C.

Financial Planning & Forecasting

Prepare revenue forecasts in close coordination with business stakeholders.

Actively contribute to Group month close, budgeting activities and ensure adherence by business units.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor and analyze customer profitability, providing insights and reports to India Management.

Manage Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) reporting.

Track key KPIs and provide timely variance analysis with corrective action recommendations.

Governance & Controls

Ensure compliance with Group financial guidelines, policies, and timelines.

Act as a key interface between India business units and group controlling.

Key Competencies & Skills

Business Partnership

Strong inclination to collaborate with business stakeholders and guide them toward sound financial and commercial decision-making.

Analytical & Technical Expertise

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting.

Hands-on knowledge of Power BI for dashboarding and analytics; exposure to AI-driven tools is highly preferred.

Independence & Collaboration

Demonstrated ability to perform independently while effectively leveraging colleagues and business partners where required.

Proven track record of balancing autonomy with teamwork to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Communication & Influence

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior management.
