• Act as the primary point of contact between Orange Business and its key clients, managing the overall relationship from identifying needs and goals to delivering optimal solutions.
• Establish a structured governance relationship with clients to secure and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Program manage contract execution, ensuring obligations are delivered and client value is maximized.
• Drive P&L performance optimization throughout the client partnership lifecycle and manage the business performance of customer accounts effectively.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance service offerings for existing clients.
• Be accountable for the execution of improvement plans as required, targeting enhanced client services and relations.
• Regularly review client performance metrics to identify areas for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic changes based on client feedback and market insights.
You bring over ten years of client-facing experience in IT services, with a proven track record in managing top-tier accounts and building strategic client relationships. Your strong advocacy for client interests, combined with your capacity for growth and profitability, positions you as a trusted advisor and ally. With excellent communication skills and an analytical mindset, you are dedicated to understanding and fulfilling client needs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
