As the last technical escalation resource within the Air Liquide NOC support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless network operations while collaborating with global teams to tackle complex incidents and drive customer satisfaction.
• Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Support Level 1 and Level 2 teams through comprehensive knowledge transfer on technical queries.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and Incident Managers, enhancing communication and support.
• Conduct workshops and document processes to facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
• Implement changes and requests on the customer's network as per operational needs.

You are an experienced Network Engineer with a strong background in Cisco LAN and WAN technologies, complemented by expertise in wireless and SD-WAN solutions. Your problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork are matched by your passion for continuous learning and adaptability to evolving technologies.
Your professional skills:
• Possess a robust understanding of Cisco LAN and WAN technologies to effectively manage and troubleshoot network environments.
• Exhibit excellent routing and switching knowledge for optimal network performance.
• Implement wireless networking solutions, focusing on deployment and troubleshooting.
• Manage SD-WAN technologies, ensuring efficient overlay networks and problem resolution.
• Utilize network monitoring tools like Zabbix to maintain oversight of network health and performance.
