About the role

This role delivers value-added, expert cybersecurity services for high-profile and critical enterprise customers, focusing on both information and cyber security governance.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Global ownership of the customer's security landscape and associated risk management.
  • Oversight of the end-to-end security services lifecycle: define, assess, review, and continuously improve controls to meet each customer’s strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific security requirements, Orange Cyberdefense policies, and international best practices.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security program aligned with contractual scope and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify security objectives, evaluate existing controls, perform gap analyses, and drive remediation initiatives to strengthen the customer’s security posture.
  • Support security managers serving critical customers by standardizing best practices and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Level 2 operations and Level 3 engineering teams to ensure consistent security outcomes across all customers.
  • Conduct technical vulnerability assessments, prioritize risks, and oversee mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to emerging threats and incidents effectively, providing post-incident analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Apply a structured risk management approach, aligning with the customer’s internal governance and security authorities.
  • Support and participate in internal and external audits, compliance checks, and other security-related reviews.
  • Produce and deliver regular security reports to both customer stakeholders and internal Orange security governance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on security controls, working closely with operational managers to uphold the highest security standards.
  • Engage in cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes, tools, documentation, and methodologies.
  • Identify and support up-selling opportunities through a deep understanding of evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and regulations, contributing proactively to service evolution.
  • Support other related activities arising from growth, restructuring, or evolving customer landscapes.

Experience

  • 10+ years total professional experience
  • 6+ years in Network Security, Cybersecurity or Information Security roles

 

Data Analytics Skills (Highly Recommended)

  • Python Scripting – for automation and analytics
  • Power BI – for dashboards and data-driven storytelling
  • Yellowfin – for enterprise reporting and visualization



Language Requirements

  • English – Excellent (mandatory)
  • French – Nice to have (a plus)

 

Preferred Certifications by Domain

Cybersecurity & Governance:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA

Network Security:

  • Fortinet NSE4, NSE5, NSE7
  • Palo Alto (PCNSA, PCNSE, Prisma Access SSA)
  • Cisco CCNP (Security or Enterprise)

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Zero Trust and SASE Architectures

  • Network Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point
  • Load Balancers
  • IPS / IDS
  • Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
  • SD-WAN (Hands-on): Fortinet, Palo Alto, Viptela, Meraki

 

Cybersecurity Tooling

  • SIEM, Splunk & SOAR Solutions (Mandatory)
  • AlgoSec (Mandatory)
  • Microsoft Sentinel (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Defender Suite (Preferred)
  • DLP: Symantec, Forcepoint, Microsoft Purview (Preferred)

 

Cloud Security (At least one is Mandatory)

  • Netskope
  • Palo Alto Prisma Access
  • Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA and ZDX)
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
