In a vibrant international landscape, you will lead the charge in delivering Orange Wholesale International's cutting-edge voice and data solutions, driving collaboration across teams and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
• In a multi-cultural & international environment, you will be in charge of delivering Orange Wholesale International products to our customers globally.
• You will manage the delivery of IP, Transmission, Voice, and Data products, as well as large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Collaboration will be key as you work with various Orange teams, including Presales engineers, Sales, Marketing, and operational departments.
• You will maintain direct relations with external providers to ensure smooth project execution.
• You will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and loyalty at all times.
• Regular project progress reporting will be essential, along with proposing solutions for roadblocks and initiating escalation procedures when necessary.
• Engagement in the integration of new products and services alongside participation in the writing and validation of delivery processes will be expected.
• You will be part of a team distributed across four countries.

You are an experienced professional with at least 5 years of experience in network provisioning and project management, ideally within an international context. You possess a strong understanding of customer relationships and are skilled in collaborating with diverse teams. A background in IP networks, proficiency in English, and conversational French will be advantageous as you thrive in a multi-cultural setting.

• Demonstrated experience in managing network provisioning and projects in an international context is essential.
• A strong sense of customer relationship management will be required to foster lasting partnerships.
• You will need proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of IP networks is fundamental to delivering effective products and services.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, while conversational French is a valuable asset.
