Your main activities as Marketing Operation Manager (RMO in French):
- Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing operational communication plans and programs to help our Sales channels, to increase customer interest and demand for products and services.
- Be pivotal role with the Product Marketing team, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Operational Marketing processes, communication, technology communication, and related metrics.
- Work with product managers, sales channels,agencies, to deliver sales marketing materials and training for product launches and updating them all along the offer cycle life.
- Formulate communication strategy, improve its performance, collect customers testimony.
- Be ready to mentor / listen to / share with / collaborate, in a constructive manner with the Product Managers on Operational Marketing activities and plans, finds ways to increase quality of customer service and share best practices.
- Study and analyze the market(s): customers, competition, partnerships and ecosystem.
- Keeps Management (N+1 and N+2 levels) informed by sharing updates on initiatives on a regular basis, preparing reports, preparing presentations, interpreting information and making recommendations.
