• Act as a subject matter expert, providing domain-specific expertise across multiple applications.
• Deliver end-to-end support for solution implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Analyze and resolve issues, offering support for tickets in both functional and technical areas.
• Review and deliver technical documentation, including operational procedures and system designs.
• Propose technical solutions that address cross-functional requirements, ensuring quality service.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide technical support during go-live phases.
• Utilize defect tracking systems to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Offer level 3 support for production issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, supporting regression and integration testing.
• Coach team members on business application knowledge and act as a domain expert.
You are a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Technical/Functional development, and at least two years in a similar role, complemented by degrees such as B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science. Your certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Dev 501/Platform Developer II enable you to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in advanced configurations, user roles, security settings, and solution delivery from conception through deployment.
Your professional skills:
• Possess a Salesforce Certified Administrator designation or have 5+ years with Dev 501/Platform Developer II certification, supplemented by knowledge in Marketo and marketing cloud.
• Demonstrate advanced configuration skills by managing user roles, profiles, security, and access settings.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in creating and managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows.
• Show expertise in Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds, specifically with Marketo.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery encompassing requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
