The process owner is accountable to manage the Enterprise Process (L3) affected from the With-u process cartography of Orange Business to support Orange Business activities, and manage harmonization of practices and performance.
This includes initiating proactive and reactive actions to ensure that the maturity and the performance of the process meet the agreed targets of the OB strategy toward all entities.
Your mission:
The process owner is
Ensuring that the process is performed in accordance with the agreed and documented process, and managing process exceptions on Orange Business entities
Documenting and publicizing the process
Providing training support to involved actors across Orange Business Entities
Support Capacity Delegate Process Owners, conflicts facilitator
Initiating proactive and reactive action to ensure that the maturity and performance of the process meet their agreed targets
Auditing and Identifying improvements to ensure that the process continues to be effective and efficient
Interfacing with Orange Business Global Process Leader and Delegate Global Process Leader of your affiliate Orange Business Global Process.
Defining and reviewing the measurement of the process using metrics such as key performance indicators (KPIs) for a global Orange Business view of process performance
Providing figures on performance dashboard consolidating Orange Business view
Managing process reviews and action plan associated
Animating your community of Delegated Process Owner (in OB entities) for process deployment and performance management
Contributing to audit and certification plan
Contributing to projects to provide Process Expertise
Skills and capabilities :
- A good understanding of the organization
- Ownership, Leadership and Skills in transversal management
- Skill in Process description and animation
- Good knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Know how to work and convince in cross-functional and complex environments
- Know how to work in an international and multicultural environment, comfortable in English
- Knowing how to communicate and having good interpersonal skills
- Have an excellent ability to synthesize
Language and certification :
- French & English mandatory
- ITIL Certification(Foundation V4) is a must.
Experience :
- Experience in Operational activities (build, run…)
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in quality assurance & process would be appreciated
