Join our dynamic team as a motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead, where your attention to detail and leadership will directly impact project delivery and product quality.
• We are seeking a driven Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our project solutions.
• You will create comprehensive test cases, datasets, and environments while conducting functional, non-regression, and UAT testing according to project timelines.
• Take ownership of UAT, ensuring successful validation and go-live while organizing end-to-end tests.
• Maintain clear documentation in SharePoint and provide regular updates on project status through our Project Management platform.
• Oversee ticket management, ensuring clarity in issue descriptions and proper handling by responsible teams.
• Identify risks, raise alerts, and follow through on any blocking issues during the validation process.
• Collaborate closely with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure continuity.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and assist with knowledge transfer to team members.
• Support operational teams in training members using completed test cases.
You are an experienced QA professional with a Master’s degree and over two years of hands-on experience in software QA methodologies and testing tools. Your expertise in designing automated and non-automated testing solutions ensures that you can effectively break down feature requirements into efficient testing scenarios. With meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills, you excel in coordinating testing efforts and collaborating with diverse teams to validate project functionalities.
