Within Orange Wholesale International , the Customer Support Center provides after-sales service to international customers (Operators and GAFAM internet players). Joining us is an opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment, with great exposure to international subsidiaries and customers, but also to work on one of the strategic axes of the Engage 2025 plan.

- Ensure clear and precise customer communication
- Ability to work across departments and across cultures
- Know how to take a step back and analyze data
- Be able to make proposals
- Use office software Word, Excel, Access
- Know how to synthesize and report
- Know how to manage priorities and work independently.
- A knowledge of telecom transmission network would be a appreciate.
- Knowledge of SDH , DWDM , Optical fiber , IP networking will have a strong preference
