Piloter et développer l’équipe CDS dans un environnement en forte évolution, en garantissant la qualité de service, la maîtrise des incidents et l’accompagnement des transformations SI et organisationnelles au sein de la Supply Chain France et du MSC.

 

Assurer le management opérationnel de l’équipe CDS (gestion des ressources, montée en compétences, suivi de la performance).
•     Superviser le niveau 1 Incident Management sur des périmètres élargis (BI SCF, OFUSION, SIGALE, etc.).
•     Garantir la disponibilité et la réactivité du système d’information en 24/7, notamment pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités (Click & Collect).
•     Piloter les activités de gestion des référentiels Réseaux et Terminaux transférées au MSC.
•     Accompagner les projets de transformation SI (programme OPERA, rénovation SIGALE, migration vers solutions Cloud et SaaS).
•     Mettre en place et suivre des procédures de gestion d’incidents robustes, en lien avec les exploitants et les métiers.
•     Assurer la coordination avec les différents acteurs internes et externes pour garantir la cohérence des évolutions organisationnelles.

 

Leadership et capacité à fédérer une équipe dans un contexte de transformation.
•     Gestion de la performance et suivi des indicateurs opérationnels.
•     Communication claire et adaptée aux différents interlocuteurs (équipes, direction, partenaires).
•     Capacité à accompagner le changement et à développer les compétences des collaborateurs.
•     Rigueur dans le suivi des engagements et des objectifs.

Compétences opérationnelles
•     Expertise en Incident Management et gestion de la disponibilité SI.
•     Connaissance des environnements complexes et obsolètes, avec capacité à définir des plans de fiabilisation.
•     Maîtrise des outils et référentiels liés aux réseaux et terminaux.
•     Expérience dans la gestion de projets SI (migration, double Run, intégration de nouvelles solutions).
•     Familiarité avec les environnements Cloud (Google) et solutions SaaS (KBRW).
•     Capacité d’analyse et de mise en place de contrôles pour fiabiliser les réponses aux incidents.

• Solide background en gestion des incidents et systèmes d’information complexes.
• Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement international et transverse.
