• Engage with international customers to understand their cloud operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of cloud services.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills to maintain service continuity.
• Operate effectively in a virtual environment, engaging with various stakeholders across time zones.
• Manage crisis situations with a calm and strategic approach, ensuring prompt resolution of unexpected challenges.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

You are a knowledgeable professional with over 7 years of experience in cloud operations and virtualization technologies, holding a graduate degree in science, engineering (BE/B Tech), or M.Sc. IT. Your strong technical skills include advanced knowledge of vCloud Director, VMware ESXi and vSphere, NSX-T, along with hands-on experience with key infrastructure like Dell and Cisco chassis, complemented by a solid understanding of public cloud environments such as Azure. You also bring expertise in Linux and automation tools, combined with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Your professional skills:
• Possess advanced proficiency in vCloud Director, managing and configuring vCloud environments effectively.
• Demonstrate expertise in VMware ESXi and vSphere, including vCenter and ESXi management.
• Experienced with NSX-T, utilizing advanced features for effective network virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Dell M1000 Chassis and M630, as well as Cisco UCS and HPE Chassis.
• Familiarity with public cloud environments, particularly Azure, to design and maintain cloud solutions.
