About the role

Mission

The TA (RCC) Manager focuses on transforming recruitment practices to meet strategic organizational goals, ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with our business objectives across the region.

Main activities

  • Manage and run the regional recruitment competency center.
  • Lead the regional RCC team to provide end-to-end resourcing expertise and support to hiring managers and enhance candidate experience.
  • Act as resourcing partner for the business: Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.
  • Understand internal client requirements and business challenges to find the right candidates.
  • Drive the performance of the regional RCC team to have a strong delivery and execution in fulfilling hiring needs and improve time to hire and quality of profiles, while ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs and continuously improving outcomes.
  • Act as the recruitment POC for a portfolio of internal clients hiring high-end or niche skill sets.
  • Design and develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that meet business needs and priorities.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to enhance brand visibility and create a pipeline of high-caliber talent for the organization in timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor sourcing strategy and recruitment costs; measure and track KPIs and SLAs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external search partners.
  • Be the single point of contact for global processes and projects alongside the Regional Manager.
  • Act in hybrid role, being strategic and tactical; hands on recruitment delivery of assigned roles (3 to 5 active, hands-on requisitions simultaneously), with key focus on sourcing for leadership and critical/ difficult niche roles. 
  • Work in close alignment with International Resourcing Operations Manager to ensure adoption and implementation of global standards, tools and performance frameworks.
  • Maintain synergy with other TA (RCC) Managers, country HR, SSC managers, and global stakeholders.

About you

Qualifications

Education: Should possess a master’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition delivery with at least 3 years in a telecom and IT services organization is essential. Experience leading team of TA Specialists. Experience in international sourcing with exposure to multiple region geographies enhances the ideal candidate profile.

Professional skills:

  • This role requires a balance of strategic and tactical talent acquisition skills, with hands-on experience in sourcing critical and niche roles.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes in Telecom & IT Services environments is required.
  • Solid knowledge of social networks and digital platforms is necessary for modern recruiting strategies.

Soft skills:

  • A proven track record in developing strong relationships with functional leaders and other stakeholders is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including effective coaching, motivating, and empowering staff to build successful teams.
  • An ability to drive results through well-defined goals and accountability in individual and team performance is crucial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong change management capabilities, are necessary.
  • Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment while maintaining a strong customer service orientation is critical.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
