About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Solution Innovation Manager to lead a high-impact team serving as the key interface between the Product organization and the Presales community across the Americas.

This role is responsible for ensuring presales teams are equipped to deliver high-value, differentiated, and business-relevant input to Sales. The Solution Innovation Manager will lead a multicultural team of experts responsible for shaping strategic value propositions across Cybersecurity, Voice, Digital Infrastructure, Operational Technology (OT), Service Management, and Observability.

The role also owns the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and integration capabilities that enable faster, smarter, and more consistent solution development. This position is ideal for a leader who combines strategic vision, technical understanding, operational discipline, and cross-functional influence.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a strategic, innovation-focused function at the intersection of Product, Presales, and Sales. As Solution Innovation Manager, you will help shape how value propositions are built, how solutions are developed, and how teams across the Americas collaborate to deliver stronger business outcomes.

Job Description

Mission

  • The primary mission of the Solution Expert is to align our presales strategy with product innovation while championing customer engagement. You'll drive excellence in presales efforts across multiple regions, ensuring our solutions meet business challenges and support organizational goals effectively.

Main activities

Leadership and Team Management

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a multicultural team of solution experts across the Americas.
  • Build a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment across diverse countries, cultures, and business contexts.
  • Define team priorities, objectives, and development plans aligned with business goals.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and cross-domain collaboration within the team.

Product-to-Presales Interface

  • Act as the primary connection point between Product teams and Presales teams.
  • Translate product strategy, roadmap evolution, and technical capabilities into actionable presales guidance and solution positioning.
  • Consolidate and structure field feedback from presales teams to ensure valuable input is communicated back to Product.
  • Strengthen alignment between product priorities and presales needs to improve go-to-market effectiveness.

Strategic Value Proposition and Solution Development

  • Oversee the development and evolution of strategic value propositions in: 
    • Cybersecurity
    • Voice
    • Digital Infrastructure
    • Operational Technology (OT)
    • Service Management
    • Observability
  • Support the creation of customer-centric, outcome-driven solution narratives that help Sales engage more effectively.
  • Ensure solution positioning is differentiated, competitive, and aligned with market needs.
  • Drive the creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices to improve presales efficiency and consistency.

Tooling Integration and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead the integration, optimization, and enhancement of tools that support solution development and presales effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and accelerate solution design.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to implement scalable tools and processes that improve speed, quality, and consistency.
  • Promote standardization and automation where relevant to support better presales execution.

Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Presales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively within a matrix organization spanning multiple countries across the Americas.
  • Adapt communication and leadership approaches to a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Drive alignment between strategic priorities and regional execution realities.

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Engineering, demonstrating your foundational knowledge in technology and business strategies.
  • Your substantial experience in presales, solution consulting, or product-facing technical leadership equips you to understand complex customer needs and solutions.
  • You have a proven history in managing regional or multicultural teams, showcasing your leadership and people development skills.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding of domains such as Cybersecurity and Digital Infrastructure, which informs your strategic approach to solution development.
  • Your excellent communication skills in multicultural environments enable you to present ideas clearly and effectively across diverse teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, product-facing technical roles, or sales enablement.
  • Proven people management experience, ideally in regional or multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Cybersecurity, Voice, Digital Infrastructure, OT, Service Management, Observability.
  • Experience working across Product, Presales, and Sales functions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving solution innovation, presales effectiveness, or cross-functional process improvement.
  • Experience with tooling integration, workflow optimization, or digital enablement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and operational rigor.
