Job Description
Within the MVNO CNaaS Program, Orange aims to build and deliver a comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) solution that enables Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) to provide mobile services to retail, enterprise, and wholesale customers.
The main mission is to guarantee the E2E architecture, design, and implementation of innovative, reliable, secure and scalable solutions; including mobile core networks, IP, Telco Cloud, firewalls, HSM, and other critical components; driving the organization towards its vision of seamless connectivity, high network availability, and advanced service quality.
Main Activities
Develop E2E technical solutions, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD), aligned with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams’ requirements, as well as industry best practices. Different services may have to be supported: Data, Voice (VoLTE/VoNR), SMS, Roaming, etc. The architecture must consider regulatory and security aspects. The architecture should ensure the SLAs of the different supported services.
Support the planning and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs) in laboratory and pre-production environments, ensuring both horizontal and vertical (end-to-end) integration. Contribute to technical demonstrations for stakeholders.
Define comprehensive E2E test scenarios, monitor the execution of E2E tests, and analyse traces, logs, and alarms to validate system performance, security, resiliency, and compliance with specifications.
Prepare the handover to teams responsible for specific customer projects, providing technical support and ensuring smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, integration, and validation of the E2E solution, including mobile core network, radio access networks (4G/5G), IP/IPX, Telco Cloud, firewalls, IT, HSM and other components, ensuring interoperability, security and scalability.
Organize technical demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, test scenarios, and results, ensuring traceability and knowledge sharing.
