The ATD Manager is responsible for leading the technical design authority function for complex customer solutions, transformation programs, and strategic service initiatives across Americas. The role ensures that solutions are technically robust, scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with customer, operational, and business requirements.
The position combines senior technical leadership with people management responsibility. The ATD Manager leads a team of design professionals while also acting as a senior point of accountability for design governance, technical consistency, solution quality, and operational readiness across the solution lifecycle.
The role requires close collaboration with sales, contract execution, consulting, delivery, operations, service management, security, sourcing, partners, vendors, and customer stakeholders in a highly matrixed and multicultural environment.
