Join our team as an L2 Network Engineer - AL, where you will play a key role in ensuring seamless network operations for Air Liquide through structured troubleshooting and proactive coordination.
• Deliver technical execution of incident, change, and problem management across the NOC scope.
• Support L1 teams with in-depth technical investigations and troubleshooting of network issues.
• Take ownership of complex network incidents requiring L2 expertise and ensure timely resolution.
• Escalate issues to L3 support when advanced analysis or vendor intervention is necessary.
• Monitor service continuity and work towards rapid restoration while adhering to operational processes and SLAs.
