As a Learning Solutions Consultant within Orange Business Campus, you will drive the design and deployment of innovative learning experiences that empower business performance and skill building at scale.
Combining solution design with hands-on implementation, you will activate communities, facilitate engaging sessions, and support experiential learning initiatives aligned with strategic learning models, advancing continuous improvement through collaboration and learner feedback.
• Design end-to-end learning solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee skillsets using the 70-20-10 learning framework.
• Deploy signature programs such as Learning Days, SkillFair, Insights Discovery, Trusted Intelligence, YOUTime, and Certification Quests to ensure consistent learner engagement.
• Adapt learning assets locally to support regional deployment, manage logistical coordination, and maintain a high-quality learner experience.
• Activate and animate communities of practice and learning campaigns to foster sustained engagement and adoption of learning initiatives.
• Support experiential learning initiatives including hackathons, workshops, roadshows, and local events to reinforce skills through practical application.
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and events with adaptable styles to meet diverse audience needs and uphold Orange Business Campus quality standards.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer programs with local and regional trainers to ensure consistent knowledge dissemination.
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts through pilots, stakeholder reviews, and continuous feedback integration prior to deployment.
• Monitor training performance metrics and learner feedback to recommend improvements in content, delivery, and overall experience.
• Collaborate with the Business Office on communication strategies, registration processes, reporting, and dashboard management.
• Collaborate across functional teams including Learning Business Partners, Business Office, Upskilling and Reskilling, Certification, and Management Development to ensure integrated learning strategies.
• Engage in design reviews and provide constructive peer feedback to maintain and raise the quality standards of learning content and delivery.
• Support a culture of experimentation by piloting new learning methods, gathering insights, and contributing to continuous organizational learning improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices within the Learning Experience team to enhance collective expertise.
• Contribute actively to evolving operating models that emphasize cross-functional collaboration and responsiveness to changing business environments.

You bring proven expertise in instructional design and learning experience development, excelling at creating blended solutions that maximize learner engagement and measurable results. Your strong facilitation skills enable you to deliver both virtual and in-person sessions with confidence, while your consultative approach supports effective stakeholder collaboration and agile adaptation of learning strategies. Fluency in English and French, alongside familiarity with Design Thinking and user-centric approaches, complements your 8 to 10 years of experience in designing and deploying diverse learning initiatives.

• Utilizes relevant learning technology platforms and tools to design, deploy, and track learning solutions efficiently.
