About the role

The Junior Client Executive is a senior management role, covering customer programs including large and complex accounts. It requires a broad scope of authority and visibility. The Junior Client Executive provides leadership to the members of the cross-functional extended account teams to ensure all aspects of the customer partnership are fulfilled according to the Master Service Agreement signed with the client he/she assigned to. The Junior Client Executive has full accountability over the extended account teams (internal and external) as well as all financial (P&L management), contractual (compliance), business strategic (customer value creation) and risk-related management concerning the partnership with the client he/she is assigned to. The Junior Client Executive will maintain key relationships at the Senior and Executive management level on both Orange and with the customer to ensure overall customer partnership driven by sustainable growth, profitability, generated via customer centric approach supported by value creation and customer satisfaction throughout the entire contract execution lifecycle. The Junior Client Executive key responsibilities include the set-up and overall supervision of contract execution governance to: 

1) Understand and manage customer expectations. 

2) Report on contract execution progress, results, and risks avoidance. 

3) Set-up and management of a customer-facing cross-functional CBU organization (i.e. resource management, customer services transformation, P&L management ..) 

4) Identify new needs and develop business. 

5) Negotiate contract evolution or deployment strategies. 

6) Be the escalation level for major issues when solutions have not been reached with his extended team. 

7) Work with Sales and customers to identify and develop contract extension business opportunities, from the qualification to the customer agreement. 

8) Qualifies opportunities in the pipeline and approves the proposal / business case before it is submitted to the customer. 

9) Support pre-sales efforts within the CBU Community, by representing accounts, qualified opportunities and signing-off the offer made to the client.

10) ensure that, for every new scope extension, the resource ramp-up 

11) Rolled-out as per plan, by anticipating appointment of the key roles during the pre-sales phase

12) Initialize, drive, and monitor the business development plan for the CBU Community. 

13)Any other duties as required by Management 

14) People Management: Can have indirect management responsibility for up to 50 people

You possess comprehensive management experience with strong leadership abilities, thriving under pressure while demonstrating excellent English communication skills.
