About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partner Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our partner network across the AJK region. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing technology vendors, channel partners, and service providers to drive joint sales opportunities and increase market penetration. This is a high-impact role that requires strong relationship management, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT solutions ecosystem.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute country-specific partner strategy aligned with AJK growth objectives.
  • Identify and recruit technology partner, managed service providers (MSPs), and distributors that complement our product & service offerings.
  • Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, enablement, business planning, performance tracking, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with internal technical pre-sales and delivery teams to align partner solutions with client needs.
  • Work closely with partners to co-create proposals and deliver integrated solutions in areas such as cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise applications.
  • Drive joint sales and marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline and close deals.
  • Track partner performance against revenue goals and establish regular Reviews.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape, technology trends, and industry regulations across India.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; 
  • 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales within the IT system integrator or enterprise technology space.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration solutions including cloud, data center, networking, security, and enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex partner ecosystems and co-sell technology solutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing multi-partner go-to-market models.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus depending on the country.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
