About the role

Lead access margin improvements by identifying and executing cost optimization opportunities, partnering with cross-functional teams, and driving alignment between customer and network perspectives to enhance financial and operational performance.
• Manage access margin improvement for customers by monitoring OneTruth, Depot cost reduction, and Access Gross Margin (AGM) margin trends, delivering opportunities tracked in PROMs.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing teams on specific customer accounts to identify, validate, and implement cost-lowering opportunities through circuit migration or recommitment, directing execution and monitoring of access cost optimizations.
• Represent OINIS in DAC/CCPR committees, ensuring timely and accurate input on access costs and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with Access Cost Managers across Networks departments to align country and customer views on cost base management.
• Provide detailed input for weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive-level reporting for senior management review.
• Support account teams and stakeholders in inventory understanding and impact analysis of OINIS programs.
• Engage with IPC Central and Regional teams to clarify OINIS activities affecting access costs and maximize opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support key deal phases including rollout and decommissioning, ensuring smooth transitions and margin impact awareness.
• Design, implement, and monitor annual programs and operations aligned with organizational objectives and margin goals.
• Maintain transparent communication of analyses and insights with internal and external partners to foster engagement.
• Monitor network performance and quality indicators, devising and implementing action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Contribute to solution architecture by developing customized network blueprints aligned with client business strategies.
• Lead complex projects by analyzing performance metrics, identifying enhancement opportunities, and proposing strategic margin solutions.
• Bridge technological gaps between various platforms to enable seamless system integration, particularly within hybrid network environments, enhancing operational efficiency and consistency.

About you

You bring a deep understanding of margin principles combined with a strong technological background and advanced skills in PowerBI queries to analyze complex data sets effectively. Your consultative communication spans all organizational levels, enabling you to design solutions that adapt to changing client requirements and resolve conflicts between sales and technical teams. Holding a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a comparable technical field with relevant finance experience, you leverage certifications in PowerBI and MS Office Advanced to deliver impactful results.

Your professional skills:
• Possess thorough knowledge of margin principles combined with a strong technological foundation to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in creating and managing PowerBI queries to drive comprehensive analysis from scattered data sources.
• Demonstrate capability to develop customized network designs that balance cost efficiency with client business requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify cost optimization opportunities and support margin evolution initiatives effectively.
• Utilize financial tracking and budgeting skills to compare actual savings against forecasts, collaborating closely with finance teams.

Your soft skills:
• Communicates consultatively across all organizational levels to facilitate alignment and understanding of technical and financial concepts.
• Adapts designs responsively to evolving client requirements and budgetary constraints, ensuring optimal solution delivery.
• Manages and resolves conflicts between sales and technical teams to maintain coherent design and deployment processes.
• Employs active listening techniques to uncover underlying client technical needs beyond initial expressions.
• Articulates the business value of proposed technical solutions effectively through consultative engagement.

Base salary from 2 490 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
