About the role

Context

As part of an international transformation programme aimed at rolling out a new ERP system and harmonising business processes across several countries, we are seeking a Senior Change Manager.

Reporting to the ERP Programme, you will define and lead the change management strategy to ensure the adoption of new processes and tools by all users, within an international and multicultural environment.

As part of a multi-year, multi-country transformation programme deploying Oracle Fusion and harmonising end-to-end business processes worldwide, the Global Change Management, Communications & Training Manager will lead the strategy, planning and execution of all change-related activities. 

 

Reporting to the ERP Business PMO Leadership, this role ensures successful user adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across diverse geographies and cultures.

 

Key responsibilities

Defining and leading change management

•    Define and execute the global change management strategy and plan in line with the roll-out schedule.

•    Conduct structured impact assessments to identify affected roles, teams and geographies.

•    Break down change initiatives by country, business line, process and stakeholder group.

•    Develop clear Before/After scenarios, updated RACIs, and future-state process narratives to support stakeholder buy-in

•    Capitalise on lessons learnt from previous roll-outs to improve subsequent phases.

 

Communication and stakeholder engagement

•    Define and implement the programme’s global communication plan.

•    Produce high-quality communication assets (newsletters, leadership packs, presentations, SharePoint content, etc.).

•    Organise global communication events (webinars, demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, Q&A sessions).

•    Identify, mobilise and lead an international network of champions and key users to drive change at a local level.

 

Training and support

•    Define a multi training strategy tailored to diverse user groups and countries.

•    Design or coordinate the production of training materialsuser guides, e-learning modules, videos, simulations, quick reference guides

•    Organise the various training sessions and manage the necessary logistics across different time zones and languages

•    Deliver training on simple processes, either face-to-face or remotely.

•    Make training and communication resources available on collaborative platforms (SharePoint, ERP, Teams, etc.).

 

Deployment support

•    Mobilise and lead a network of champions/ambassadors so that they become agents of change to support local adoption.

•    Set up user support systems (Teams, FAQs, SharePoint, Viva Engage, helpline, etc.).

•    Help to organise and manage the Hypercare phase during go-live, in coordination with business and IT teams.

•    Facilitate user communities and ‘Ask the Expert’ sessions.

 

Monitoring adoption and continuous improvement

•    Define adoption KPIs and develop monitoring dashboards to track progress.

•    Measure tool usage, participation in training sessions and user satisfaction.

•    Identify resistance to change and propose appropriate action plans.

•    Analyse feedback from the field, promote best practice and drive continuous improvement throughout the various deployment phases.

 

 

About you

Required profile

•    Master’s degree (Bac+5).

•    5 to 10 years’ experience in change management for large-scale, international ERP transformation ((Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar) and deployment programmes.

•    Proven experience in multicultural environments and in supporting multiple countries.

•    Proficiency in change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR or equivalent).

•    Excellent communication, training facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).

•    Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
