About the role

Purpose

As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting cloud infrastructure, application modernization, DevOps automation, and cloud migration initiatives across customer environments. You will work closely with cloud architects, consultants, and engineering teams to design, deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-based solutions on AWS and Azure platforms.

 

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, containerization, automation, and enterprise application support. You will contribute to implementation projects, cloud onboarding activities, migration engagements, and operational support while ensuring adherence to security, performance, and reliability standards.

 

You will participate in cloud transformation initiatives involving public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, helping customers modernize workloads and improve operational efficiency through automation and cloud-native technologies.

About you

Missions and main activities

 

• Support implementation and administration of cloud environments on AWS and Azure.

• Assist in deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure services.

• Participate in cloud migration and modernization projects.

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and cloud-native services.

• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of cloud workloads.

• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.

• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, identity management, and access governance.

• Support deployment and configuration of cloud monitoring and observability solutions.

• Assist with incident resolution, root cause analysis, and operational support activities.

• Collaborate with architects and project teams in delivering cloud transformation engagements.

• Support customer onboarding and cloud adoption initiatives.

• Contribute to technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge sharing.

Education and Certifications:

  • BE/BTECH from a reputed institute.
  • Cloud-related certifications (Amazon, Azure, Google) are good to have but not mandatory.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in software engineering, cloud technologies, DevOps, or infrastructure support.
  • Experience working with AWS and Azure environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience supporting cloud migration or modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and cloud security concepts.

Soft skills:

 

  • Very good verbal and written communication skill using English language
  • Being able to work under pressure
  • Being able to be available 24x7 for production support.
  • Customer Oriented and strong sensitivity to Customer satisfaction
  • Transversal/customer crisis 
  • Good interpersonal, team-build and leadership skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
