Join Our Team as a Regional Manager, Real Estate, Facilities & OH&S (Eastern Europe)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee our real estate, facilities, and OH&S programs across Eastern Europe, including Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, and beyond. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement to ensure our workplaces are safe, compliant, and provide an exceptional experience for our employees.

What You'll Do

  • Shape and execute regional real estate strategies aligned with our business goals, including site selection and lease negotiations.
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations to deliver high-quality services and a positive workplace environment.
  • Lead occupational health & safety initiatives to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a safety-first culture.
  • Oversee budgets and vendor relationships, driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate workplace projects such as relocations and renovations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Promote sustainability practices within facilities to reduce environmental impact.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in regional real estate, facilities management, and OH&S.
  • Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • Knowledgeable about local and regional regulations related to real estate and occupational health & safety.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in regional languages (Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, etc.) is a plus.
  • Willing to travel regularly within the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-country portfolios and operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
