Lead the successful delivery of NEMO Phase 2 by orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing key program risks and resources, and providing transparent governance and reporting to executive sponsors, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business value.
• Serve as the single transversal leader accountable for the integrated management of NEMO Phase 2, reporting directly to project sponsors to communicate progress, issues, and decisions clearly and regularly.
• Coordinate with Federative Solution Data and Digital technology teams to maintain alignment and coordination across all workstreams, deployment waves, suppliers, and external dependencies.
• Define the program charter, scope, governance model, and delivery approach to ensure a controlled transition from Phase 1 and establish clear launch-readiness criteria.
• Lead integrated planning and coordination, actively managing milestones, resources, and interdependencies to maintain realistic program timelines.
• Implement robust governance, decision-making, escalation, and reporting frameworks; prepare evidence-based materials supporting sponsor and Steering Committee decisions.
• Manage program-level readiness, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, including critical topics such as data migration, interfaces, reporting, testing, security, and access controls, ensuring appropriate monitoring and escalation.
• Enforce delivery discipline through ownership, validation gates, and sign-off requirements across design, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Monitor program budget, resource capacity, and supplier performance, recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure the program’s delivery aligns with strategic objectives and delivers expected business value, establishing strong links between workstreams and organizational goals.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for executive sponsors, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and critical external partners to facilitate timely information exchange.
• Provide consolidated program reporting, support executive decision-making, and escalate major risks or issues promptly to maintain program health.
You bring over 15 years of experience managing large-scale programs, with a strong ability to align technical decisions with business goals. Your expertise includes cloud computing, network observability, data-driven decision-making, and negotiation across multi-disciplinary teams to optimize resources. You recognize the broader impact of decisions, communicate risks clearly to executives, adapt leadership to diverse teams, and maintain focus during project challenges. A master's degree in project management or information systems and relevant certifications like Prosci or Scrum Master strengthen your profile.
