Drive operational excellence and innovation in cloud services by collaborating with international customers and teams to deliver customized cloud solutions within a virtual environment.
Your role will include ensuring service continuity, resolving technical challenges, and contributing to service improvements that enhance client satisfaction and operational performance.
• Engage with international customers to accurately understand their cloud operational requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless integration and reliable delivery of cloud services across multiple platforms.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain service availability and operational continuity.
• Operate effectively in a distributed virtual environment, coordinating with stakeholders across various time zones to support service excellence.
• Manage unexpected operational challenges with strategic and composed approaches to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on customers.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, service quality, and innovation in cloud operations.

You are a knowledgeable professional with over 7 years of experience in cloud operations and virtualization technologies, holding a graduate degree in science, engineering (BE/B Tech), or M.Sc. IT. Your expertise includes advanced proficiency in vCloud Director, VMware ESXi and vSphere, NSX-T, and hands-on experience with Dell and Cisco chassis, complemented by solid knowledge of public cloud platforms like Azure. Your strong communication and customer management skills enable you to effectively partner with stakeholders to deliver efficient cloud solutions.

Your professional skills:
• Over 7 years of proven experience managing cloud operations and virtualization technologies, combined with a graduate degree in science, engineering, or IT.
• Advanced expertise in managing and configuring vCloud Director environments effectively to support cloud infrastructure needs.
• Strong proficiency in VMware ESXi and vSphere, including managing vCenter and ESXi for optimized virtualization performance.
• In-depth experience with NSX-T for advanced network virtualization and security configuration.
• Hands-on familiarity with hardware infrastructure, including Dell M1000 Chassis and M630, Cisco UCS, and HPE Chassis platforms.
• Well-versed in public cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure, to design and maintain scalable cloud solutions.
• Able to apply Linux system administration skills and automation tools to streamline cloud operations and maintenance.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and team members to ensure successful engagement and resolution.
• Manages customer interactions effectively to provide satisfactory service experiences and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Adapts to changing environments and addresses operational issues with flexible problem-solving strategies.
• Collaborates constructively within teams, sharing expertise and contributing to collective success.
